Winding Position

By  putting  the  crown  into  its  winding  position  “0”
you can wind the automatic movement manually. To
start  the  movement  simply  turn  the  crown  for  a  few
revolutions  however  maximum  accuracy  is  ensured
by turning the crown through around 20 revolutions.
Please note, the crown must be returned to position
“X” when wearing the watch.

Date Setting

For  the  months  of  the  year  with  fewer  than  31  days,
the first day of the following month will need to be set
manually. To do so simply release the screwed in crown
and move it out to position “1” at which point you will
be able to set the date by turning the crown to the left
(direct advance). Please note the rapid advance function
should  not  be  utilized  between  8pm  and  2am  as  the
movement will automatically advance the date within
this period.

Time Setting

The  time  on  your  watch  can  be  adjusted  by  pulling
the  crown  out  to  position  “2”  which  will  stop  the
movement. To make use of the movement hacking
functionality and set the time accurately to the second,
stop  the  movement  as  the  second  hand  passes  60.
Next, move the minute hand a few minute strokes past
the time to be set. From there position the minute hand
by moving it gently backwards until the correct minute
stroke is directly below it. This method ensures that
the minute hand starts moving as soon as you restart
the movement. By pushing the crown to position “0”
you will then start the second hand. When adjusting
the time be aware of the date change, which occurs at
12 midnight. If the change has occurred at 12 noon the
hands must be moved forward by 12 hours.
