Repositioning rain sensor
The mains or battery supply must be
switched off while repositioning the rain
sensor!
Retrofitting roller shutter SML or awn-
ing blind MML to GGL/GGU INTEGRA or
GGL/GGU with KMX 100
Move the rain sensor from roof window
top cover to the top casing of the roller
shutter/awning blind and adhere it to a dry,
clean surface. Lead cable under roller shut-
ter/awning blind so that the window can
be opened when the roller shutter/awning
blind is rolled down. Then lead the cable
into the window as shown and connect it to
the connection box on the motor (

).
Retrofitting roller shutter SSL or awn-
ing blind MSL to GGL/GGU Solar or
GGL/GGU with KSX 100
To retrofit roller shutter SSL or awning
blind MSL, you need adaptor plate ZOZ 213.
The rain sensor is repositioned as shown in
the installation instructions for the adaptor
plate. Please contact VELUX for further
information.
Closing centre-pivot roof windows
GGL/GGU INTEGRA, GGL/GGU Solar or
GGL/GGU with KMX 100 or KSX 100
In case of power failure / discharged
battery
The chain can be disengaged by press-
ing the release clip on the ventilation flap
bracket (

). Fold the chain as shown, and
close the window (

). When the power
is reconnected/the battery has been re-
charged, the chain can be re-engaged by
opening the window manually, unfolding
the chain and pressing the test button
briefly (
C
). Close the window manually.
If the remote control has been mislaid
The chain can be disengaged by press-
ing the release clip on the ventilation flap
bracket (

) and run back by pressing the
test button on the window operator (
C
).
Close the window manually.
Closing top-hung roof windows
GHL, GHU, GPL, GPU, GTL, GTU and VKU
with KMX 200
If the remote control has been mislaid
The window can be closed by removing the
cover of the window operator and pressing
the test button briefly.
Closing flat roof window CVP
If the remote control has been mislaid
The window can be closed by removing the
cover cap on the kerb and pressing the test
button on the window operator behind the
cover cap briefly.
