Step 1 adjustment of seat depth, height of back and
back angle
SEAT DEPTH (fig. 13 ) : Loosen the two socket screws (1)
one turn and twist both back profiles (2) forward or
backward simultaneously until the correct seat depth has
been reached. Next hand-tighten both socket screws (1)
again.
● Advice:
There should be a space of the breadth of 2 to 3 fingers
between the front of the seat and the back of the knee.
This space is necessary for a proper blood flow in the legs
and to avoid pinching off any blood vessels.
BACK HEIGHT (fig. 14): Loosen the four socket screws
(1) one turn with a 4 mm socket screw key and push the
back up or down until the desired height had been
reached. Next, hand-fasten the four socket screws (1)
again.
● Advice:
The back of the seat first of all serves as a support for the
lower back. The higher part of the back should be without
support as much as possible. In this way there is ample
freedom of movement and the hoops can easily be
reached and manipulated.
BACK ANGLE (fig. 15): Loosen the three socket screws
(1) one turn on both sides with a 4 mm socket screw key.
Adjust the back until the correct back angle has been
reached. Next, hand-tighten the socket screws (1) again.
