Step 4 adjustment of the height of the seat
(fig. 19).
Loosen the nut (1) with a 24 mm spanner and carefully
separate the parts. To sit in a higher position you put the
unit one or more positions down and to sit in a lower
position you move it one or more positions up until the
desired sitting height has been reached. Make sure that
everything is placed in the correct position again
(fig. 20).
Hand-tighten the nut (1) again.

advice:
The height of the seat is the distance between the top of
the cushion and the floor. This distance determines
(together with the wheel size) how well a user can reach
the hoop and therefore is very important.
A rule of thumb is the elbow angle of the hand resting on
top of the hoop which should be 90° to 100°.
