Q: What brand of hard disk does the DVR support?
A: DVR supports Western Digital and Seagate hard disks. The maximum capacity is 1 terabyte
for each device.
Q: What type of DVD disks is competitble?
A: DVD-RW (MITSUBISHI 2X-4X, Verbatim 6X, VIO 4X); DVD+RW (MITSUBISHI 1X-4X,
Verbatim 6X, PHILIPS 1-4X).
Q: Why isn’t PS/2 mouse working?
A: User needs to use the mouse together with the wheel. Some functions need this third button.
Q: Why is my VGA monitor showing the message "out of range"?
A: The composite and VGA monitor cannot be used at the same time. It must be selected before
starting the DVR. Please refer to the page 13 to find how to change the monitor type.
