These parameters are used to adjust MPPT search effect. Solar pump controller compares output
frequency to get the highest power frequency. Max power search is got by change output frequency.
Max power search begins while output frequency is bigger than the lowest frequency,
increase/decrease frequency according to C-07(search frequency step), calculate output frequency
after sample by H-41(MPPT sample cycle) and compare output between 2 steps, finally get the max
power by adjust the output frequency.

MPPT search frequency step is opposite to H-45 and quadratic of output frequency. It is
proportional to H-46. Search frequency step according to different output frequency can be checked
by C-07
