Pulse Counter Vega SI-21 is used for reading of values from 
metering instruments, such as water- and electricity meters 
and further transmitting of this data to LoRaWAN network. 

Vega SI-21 can be used as a security device by sending alarm 
signal in case a specific contact pair is closed.
