Inc rease tyre pressure to the value
specified for full load

Park the vehicle in dry and
well-ventilated place. With manual
transm ission select first or reverse gear;
with Easytronic

move the selector lever
to the centre position before switching
the ig nition off. Use chocks or the lik e to
prevent the vehicle from rolling.

Do not apply handbrake.
z
Disconnect the clamp from the negativ e
term inal of the vehic le ba ttery.
Putting the vehicle back into
service
Ensure that ig nition is switched off before
connecting ba ttery. Then perform the
following work before recommissioning the
vehicle:

Connect the clamp to the nega tiv e
terminal of the vehicle battery.
z
Check tyre pressure
