Status Window
The status display includes the following parameters:
Status and Control Parameter Group:
The green light indicates that the detector is ready.
The red light indicates that a fault has occurred.
Time Constant
: displays the time constant setting in the active
method.
Signal Offset
: displays the offset setting in the active method.
PMT Voltage
: displays the photomultiplier voltage setting in the
active method.
Em Bandwidth
: displays the emission bandwidth setting in the
active method.
Excitation WL
: displays the actual excitation wavelength.
Emission WL
: displays the actual emission wavelength.
Click on the
button during an acquisition to clear
the wavelength time program. This function also allows you to
reset the detector when a fault has occurred.
Click on the
to zero the detector output.
