To change the flowcell:

WARNING:

SHOCK HAZARD

Make sure the power cord is disconnected from the rear panel of the detector.

1. Disconnect the cell inlet tube from the column or connecting

tube and free the cell outlet tubing.

2. Remove the cell cover by unscrewing the thumbscrew and

pulling the cover straight back to expose the photodiode
mount.

3. Unscrew the two thumbscrews on the photodiode mount and

pull the photodiode mount straight back (see figure above).

The connecting cable is long enough to allow the photodiode
mount to rest on the bench top.
