To install a flowcell:
1. Fit the nuts and ferrules on the tube as shown in Figure 11.
NOTE:
1/16" tubing is used on all flowcells except for the 4 x 0.15. This will
require 1/8" tubing and the nuts, ferrules and flowcell fittings are also
larger, due to the high flow rates of these flowcells.
2. Screw the two tubes into the body of the flowcell. Be careful
not to cross thread the connector into the flowcell body. Do
not over tighten, as this will damage the threads. Each
flowcell has an inlet and outlet connection (refer to
Figure 12).
