Adjust the angle and position
Use a 5 mm Allen key to loosen the screws under the
seat, move the seat backward or forward as needed,
adjust the tilt angle to the appropriate position, then
tighten the screws in sequence

Adjust the height
Open the quick release lever on the seat post, adjust the
seat to the appropriate height, and then lock it in place.
Make sure the direction of the saddle is in a straight
line with the direction of the wheels.
Do not exceed the maximum height limit of the saddle.
