Silicone Rubber
Locate the cutting mark on the side of the LED Neon Flex.
This will be designated by a vertical dashed line.
Using LED neon cutter, make an even cut through exactly on the mark.
If you are off the mark the product can be damaged.
The correct cutting way, R= 90
R>90 or R<90 , is incorrect

Wave cutting is incorrect
1.Place the anti-skidding clip on
the very end of the tubing with
the 2 tiny tabs that are pointing
inwards still touching the end of
the material and crimp in place.
2.Line up the aluminum
mounting piece so the screw
holes face the plug and slide on
over the anti-skidding clip.

5.Carefully insert the pins of the front connector
into the gap you created behind the PCB.

4.Put 100% clear silicone
on the surface of rubber

3.Insert the rubber gasket along the
slit into the pin of the front connector
6.Screw the front connector
to the aluminum mounting
piece.
7.Check the connection to ensure it is tight and that there
are no gaps between the Neon Flex tube and the front connector.
