Gas cylinder and gas adjuster is not included with the
machine, and they needs to be prepared at customer’s
side as needed.

Connect the gas adjuster (with pressure reduce
valve and flow meter) to the gas cylinder.

Connect the flow meter to the gas cock of sealer
by vinyl hose. When gas flushing cycle is not
necessary, always close the gas cock.
Nozzle is connected to vacuum piping and gas piping.
To prevent the air from the counter current during the
vacuuming operation, the ball cock is installed to the
gas piping.
When the gas flushing function in not used, please close
the ball cock before starting the operation.

Attention
At the factory shipment, this ball cock is set
open. When choosing vacuum and seal
(without gas flushing) operation, always turn
the cock 90° to close the gas piping. If the
cock is not closed firmly, the air may return
from the gas nozzle.
