If the machine does
not start
The power is not reaching the motor.
Check that the ON/OFF switch is in the ON position - position ‘I’
Check the electrical connections
Check the extension cable or change the power supply socket
Check the main switch for the workplace
The coating material
does not come out of
the hole in the nozzle.
Inner nozzle (9 - Fig. G) clogged
Clean
Delivery hose (12 - Fig. G) clogged.
Clean
Delivery hose (12 - Fig. G) loose.
Secure the hose
No pressure in the tank (1 - Fig. G).
Tighten the tank well.
Adjustment screw (5 - Fig. G) too tight.
Turn the adjustment screw (5 - Fig. G).
The coating material
drips from the nozzle.
Inner nozzle (9 - Fig. G) unscrewed.
Tighten the inner nozzle.
Inner nozzle (9 - Fig. G) worn.
Replace the nozzle
Stagnation of the material to be sprayed in
the inner nozzle (9 - Fig. G) and the butterfly
nozzle (4 - Fig. G).
Clean
Low nebulisation.
The viscosity of the substance to be sprayed
is too high.
Dilute
Too much of the substance to be sprayed.
Turn the adjustment screw
Adjustment screw (5 - Fig. G) too loose.
Turn the adjustment screw

Replace

Excessive nebulisation

Excessive flow of coating material.

Paint not diluted enough.
Add some diluents.
Spray setting.

Movement too quick.
Move the gun more slowly.
Too far from the surface to be sprayed.
Reduce the distance between the gun and the item to be painted
Paint too dense.
Check the viscosity of the coating material.
Gun clogged.
Clean the gun.
Air hose (6 - Fig. A) punctured or broken.
Change the hose.
Filter (11 - Fig. A) clogged
Clean or change the filter.
Grainy colour
Filter the paint through a filter or piece of cloth if necessary.
Tank (1 - Fig. G) not closed properly.
Clean the gasket (2 - Fig. G) and close the tank.
