2. General Information
• This fireplace is configured to operate with propane (FG00020) or natural gas (FG00002).
A fireplace configured to run on propane gas can be converted to run on natural gas.
See instructions packaged with the conversion kit for further information.
• This appliance is designed and approved as a supplemental heater and provides the potential for
most energy conservation when used while attended. The use of an alternative primary heat source
is advisable.
• The blower kit is already installed.

2.1 Appliance Certification
This fireplace is design certified in accordance with American National Standard/CSA Standard ANSI
Z21.88/CSA 2.33 and by Intertek
as a Direct Vent Gas Fireplace Heater and shall be installed according
to the installation instructions.
2.2 Clearance
Do not put furniture or any other combustible hosehold
objects within 36" of the fireplace front.
Be careful not to put any decorating objects
sensitive to heat too close above or around the
fireplace was it gets very hot when operating.
