Use
Temperature optimisation technology
This unit has been designed to work at the perfect temperature for all ironable fabrics, i.e. you
can dry or steam iron your clothes without having to separate them or change the temperature.
Positioning the unit
• Place the steam station on a flat, stable and heat-resistant surface.
• Completely unwind the power cable and steam hose before using the iron.
• We recommend using a padded ironing board with a mesh cover or air vents: this allows
the steam to penetrate the fabric, and therefore optimises the steam flow whilst preventing
the build-up of moisture.
WARNING!
In order to ensure that the steam flows uninterruptedly between the steam station
and the iron, make sure that the hose never gets twisted.
Filling the tank
This steam station is designed to work with tap water. However, if the water in your area is
hard, we recommend using demineralised water instead.
Before filling the water tank, make sure that the unit has been correctly unplugged.
Open the lid of the steam station’s tank by pulling the tab.
Use the measuring cup specifically supplied for this purpose to fill the tank with tap water
up to the
MAX
level mark. Do not exceed the
MAX
line.
Close the tank lid.
NOTE:
• Refill the water tank whenever the level drops too low during use.
• When the tank is empty, the
Add Water to the Tank
icon will light up on the
display to alert the user, and the unit will beep when the
steam burst button
is pressed.
Important:
We do not recommend using chemically softened water, as this could
cause the iron to leak or splash water. Do not add chemical additives, perfumed
substances or descalers to the water.
