CE marking
The CE marking shows that the products comply with the
basic requirements of the applicable directives as stated on
the declaration of conformity.
The declaration of conformity can be viewed at the manufac-
turer's site.

Operation
4.1
Switching on the product
Danger!
Risk of scalding caused by hot water
During operation, the domestic hot water
temperature can reach 70 °C. As of a do-
mestic hot water temperature of 43 °C, there
is a risk of scalding.

The installer must ensure they activate
the scald protection for limiting the do-
mestic hot water temperature in order to
prevent any risk of scalding, especially
when the product is used with a shower.

Only start up the product once the casing has been com-
pletely closed.
▶
Open the water tap and/or activate the sensor for the
water tap with infrared detection. The domestic hot water
heating element starts automatically.
▶
You can find the required minimum flow rate for starting
the heating element in the technical data in the installa-
tion instructions.
4.2
Setting the target temperature
The product can be set within a control range of 20 °C to 60
°C.
4.3
Increasing the water temperature
Condition
: Even though the tap is set to the maximum temperature, the
water temperature is too low for you.

Decrease the flow rate at the tap.
4.4
Lowering the water temperature
Condition
: Even though the tap fitting has been set to the minimum temper-
ature, the water is too hot.

Increase the flow rate quantity at the tap fitting or in-
crease the cold water volume.

Eliminating faults
Danger!
Risk of death caused by improper repair
work
▶
If the power supply cable is damaged,
never replace this yourself.
▶
Contact the manufacturer, customer ser-
vice or a similarly qualified person.
Danger!
Risk of electric shock
If there are faults or leaks, there is a risk of
electric shock.
▶
Earth the product.
▶
If a fault occurs, use the partition that
is installed on-site (e.g. fuses or power
switches) to disconnect the product from
the power supply.
▶
Do not touch the product even if it is dis-
connected from the power supply since
it contains capacitors that may not have
completely discharged.
▶
In the event of a leak at the unit, close the
cold water supply immediately.
▶
Have the fault eliminated by customer
service or a competent person.
▶
Use the table in the appendix to eliminate the faults.

petent person.
