Drain separators in time to avoid overflow.
The maximum liquid level is at approximately 80% of the
total filling level to avoid problems when removing the col
-
lecting flask.
Permissible range of coolant temperature at the exhaust
waste vapor condenser: 5 °F to 68 °F (-15°C to +20°C)
Keep the coolant temperature low enough.
Check hose connections prior to starting operation of the
cooling system.
Check coolant hoses regularly during operation.
Deposits inside the exhaust vapor condenser will reduce
its efficiency.
In case, clean the exhaust vapor condenser: Slacken the
pipe clamps, disconnect the hoses and remove the ex-
haust waste vapor condenser. Flush the exhaust waste
vapor condenser with a suitable cleansing agent.

:
Collecting flask at outlet:
Remove joint clip, remove collecting flask and drain con
-
densate.
Separator at inlet (accessory; PC 8 with MD 12C / MV
10C):
Admit air or inert gas (via the pump inlet) to restore atmo-
spheric pressure in the separator. Open drain screw and
drain condensate.
Reattach drained collecting flask.
