9 Trouble-shooting

▪ Faulty electrical connec-

▪ Overvoltage
▸ Acknowledge the error mes-
sage by touching the but-
ton.
▸ Switch off the power supply
for about 1 minute.
▸ Switch the power supply
back on again and select a
new programme.
If the error appears again:
▸ Disconnect the power sup-
ply.
▸ Have an electrician check
the house installation.
If the error appears again:
▸ Note down the error mes-
sage in full and the serial
number (SN) and then dis-
connect the power supply.
▸ Call Customer Services.
Foam in main wash:
rinsing extended
▪ If there is very heavy
foaming during the
wash cycle, the pro-
gramme is automatically
extended by an addi-
tional rinsing cycle. This
improves the wash res-
ults, but also increases
the duration of the pro-
gramme. ▸ Reduce the amount of
washing detergent used
next time.
▸ Adjust the amount of wash-
ing detergent used to the
water hardness.
Hygiene recommendation:
at least 60 °C programme
or select appliance
hygiene
▪ No wash cycle has
been carried out at a
temperature of at least
60 °C for a longer
period of time. ▸ With one of the next wash
cycles carry out a wash with
at least 60° C.
Or:
▸ Run the «Appliance hy-
giene» programme without
any washing.
Inlet water very cold

Heating is extended. ▸ No action is necessary.
Too many articles

Selected programme is
intended for a reduced
washing load. If there
are too many articles,
heating and possibly
also the rinsing will be
