Refilling with water
The contents of the water tank normally suffice for one cooking session.
If, however, the water tank needs to be refilled:
A
Only fill the water tank up to a maximum of 0.5 l to ensure that the water does not
overflow when it is pumped back.
Switching on
A
Press the
button once or more to select the desired operating mode – in this
example, steaming at 100 °C

symbol illuminates.

appears in the display.

Press the
adjusting knob to start the appliance straightaway.
Switching off
A
Press the
button.
– The
symbol goes out.
– With all operating modes, steam may be released at the end of process.
– The steam is gradually released from the cooking space into the room – this
takes around a minute – so that there is no sudden rush of steam when the ap-
pliance door is opened. The appliance door can, however, be opened as
soon as the steaming process has finished.
– The cooling fan can continue to run for a certain length of time after the appli-
ance has been switched off.
A
Take the finished vegetables out of the cooking space.
A
Wipe up any water on the bottom of the cooking space with a soft cloth.
The appliance is switched off when the symbols are no longer illuminated.
