Steaming at 40 °C
Example of settings
The procedure is explained using steaming carrots as an example.
The tips on settings gives:

Put the chopped carrots into the perforated cooking tray and then put in the cook-
ing space at any level.
Filling the water tank

All operating modes require the water tank to be full.

Fill the water tank up to the «MAX 1.25L» mark with cold, fresh drinking water and
slot into position.
This setting is suitable for:

Defrosting sensitive food such as meat and fish
䡲
Making yoghurt
Vegetables (fresh)
Time in mins.
Carrots
10–20
Use drinking water only to fill the water tank – do not use
bouillon, wine, etc. Similarly, do not use demineralised (fil
tered) or distilled water.
