12 Trouble-shooting
▸ Clean the temperature sensor 2 with a damp
cloth.
▸ Close the air inlet flap 1 again.

11.7 Cleaning the appliance
▸ Wipe the outside of the appliance from time to time with a damp cloth and wipe dry.
12 Trouble-shooting
You may be able to trouble-shoot the following malfunctions yourself. If not, note down
the error message in full (message, F and E numbers) and call Customer Services.
12.1 Error messages
Display Possible cause Solution
A0 Check outlet ▪ The drain hose is
blocked, kinked or
defective.
▪ The pumping height
of the drain hose is
too high (>1.2 m).
▪ The appliance is con-
nected to a con-
cealed double drain
trap.
▸ Check part of drain hose that is not
housed in appliance.
▸ Press the button.
▸ Restart the programme.
A3 Clean mois-
ture sensor ▪ The moisture sensor
is dirty or wet. ▸ Clean moisture sensor and then wipe dry
(see page 33).
▸ Press the button.
▸ Restart the programme.
A9 Clean mats ▪ Door filter, door filter
mat and/or front filter
are clogged. ▸ Check and clean door filter and door fil-
ter mat (see page 31).
▸ Check and clean the front filter (see
page 32).
▸ Check and clean the front insert (see
page 33).
▸ Press the button.
▸ Restart the programme.
