Using the roasting basket
A
Season the food to be grilled and place between the two grille elements

. If the
food probe is to be used, the thickest part of the food must be right at the front by
the handle in order to get a correct food probe temperature reading.

Lightly and evenly press the two grille elements

together at the front and tighten
with the screws

. Next press the two grille elements

together at the back and
tighten with the screws

. The food must lie as far as possible in the middle of the
roasting basket to ensure even cooking.

Place the original baking tray – lined with aluminium foil – at level 1

Place the roasting basket on the rotisserie frame and then, as described above for
the rotisserie spit, put it in the cooking space.

Insert the food probe through the hole

into the meat. As with the rotisserie spit,
wrap the cable around the hook and plug the food probe into the food probe
socket.
A
Remove in reverse order.
