Checking / Changing the cooking space temperature
The set cooking space temperature can be checked or changed during operation.
A
Press the button.
– The symbol flashes for approximately 15 seconds.
– The set cooking space temperature flashes in the temperature
display.

Turn the adjusting knob to change the cooking space temperature.
Changing the operating mode
The operating mode can be changed during operation.
A
Press the button repeatedly until the desired operating mode appears.
– The set cooking space temperature remains unchanged.
End of baking
A
After baking for approximately 50 minutes, check to see whether the cake is done.
Insert a wooden skewer in the centre of the cake and if it comes out clean the cake
is ready. Otherwise put the cake back and continue to bake.
A
Take the cake out of the cooking space when it is done.
