Use
Heating method
For heating up pre-cooked foods,
frozen products, convenience
foods and ready dishes.
Simultaneously regenerating food
on several levels.
The cooking space is heated by
steam and hot air. The food is
reheated gently without drying it
out.
Bread, yeast pastries,
puff pastries (fresh or frozen)
on 1 or 2 levels.
Put the food in the cold cooking
space.
The cooking space is heated in a
first phase by steam and is
automatically followed in a
second phase by hot air.
For pizza, flans and quiches.
Use a dark enamelled tray or a
black tray or tin for crispy results.
The cooking space is heated by hot
air and bottom heat.
The base of the food will be baked
particularly intensively.
Flat food for grilling (steaks, chops,
chicken parts, fish,
sausages, etc.).
For gratinating soufflés and
making toast.
Place the food to be grilled
directly on the wire shelf.
Line the original baking tray with
aluminium foil and then place it un-
derneath the wire shelf.

grill element.
