Ultra Violet Light Hazard
UV-C light should always be directed AWAY from the eyes and skin, as serious skin burn and eye
inflammation from prolonged exposure can occur. UV-C radiation can be harmful to the eyes and skin.

Do not position such that it is difficult to disconnect the Micro-USB power cable from the back of the
product.
•
This product should not be handled or used by children.
•
This product is not intended for use on humans or animals.
•
Do not expose this product to excessive moisture to prevent fire or shock hazard. Not intended for
use in fluids. Avoid use if device, cables, or attached equipment becomes wet.
•
The lamp in this product contains a trace amount of mercury, a chemical known to the state of
California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. This substance may also cause injury if
inhaled or ingested.
