Installation Guide

Roseberry Toilet Seat

Important Information

Read the instructions carefully.

Check the product for any signs of damage before installation.

Ensure the product is securely installed before use. Check the tightness of fixings on a
regular basis.

Installation

Place the plastic washers on the underside of the
seat fixings. Push the seat fixings through the holes
in the top of the pan rim.

Push the toilet seat onto the seat fixings. The fixings
can be partly tightened to the pan using a cross-
headed screwdriver.

Push the toilet seat onto the sat fixings until they click
into place.

Adjust the position of the toilet seat on the pan.

Holding the seat fixings in place, remove the seat
from the fixings. Push the chrome buttons inwards
on the seat hinges to release the seat.

Use a cross-headed screwdriver to tighten the seat
fixings to the pan.

Place the cover caps onto the seat fixings and push
the seat back in place. Check that you are happy with
the position of the seat on the pan.

Care & Maintenance

The toilet seat should be regularly dusted with a soft cotton or micro-fibre cloth. For more
thorough cleaning, occasionally wipe the toilet seat with a soft cloth dampened with a mild
detergent solution. The surface should be thoroughly dried with a lint free cloth to prevent
watermarks. Under no circumstances should solvent cleaning agents, bleach or abrasive cleaning
agents or cloths be used. Some furniture polishes are unsuitable for use on painted surfaces.
Leave the cover and ring up whenever cleaning products are left in the bowl of the toile pan to
prevent damage from vapours. All bathroom furniture will deteriorate through prolonged periods
of exposure to high levels of condensation so bathrooms must be adequately ventilated using
suitable extraction. Failure to ensure adequate ventilation may invalidate your guarantee. If it
required to use the touch-up paint, ensure that the surface is dry and clean and free from dust or
oils. The paint should be applied using a slightly damp sponge. Carefully dap the paint onto the
required area and leave it to dry. Multiple coats may be required to build-up the paint to give the
required finish.
