Breakdowns and corrections
The MASTER breakdowns are eliminated in a few operations. When repairing them, it is
essential to observe the following steps:
1. Before opening the circuit board door, it must be switched off!
2. When working with mobile parts close the main switch or unplug the machine from the net!
3. Works on electric control devices and taps shall only be made by the specialized staff of the
Technical Service!

The machine does not
start
Current fails
Engine guard
Insufficient water pressure
Check network cable and electric connectors.
Check 35 A. delay fuses on the building site supply
board.
Press red buttons on the circuit board.
Increase water feed at least up to 3 bars and use
eventually a pump to increase pressure.
The feed engine
starts, but not the
pump.
Current supply fails
The engine protection
switches are disconnected.
Connect the engine plug to the current supply on
the circuit board.
Press red buttons on the circuit board.
The pump engine
starts, but not the feed
engine.
Current supply fails
The engine protection
switches are disconnected.
Connect the engine plug to the current supply on
the circuit board.
Press red buttons on the circuit board.
The machines works
shortly and then
stops.
Water is lacking because
the thimble filter is dirty.
The hose is obstructed.
Insufficient water dose.
Control and eventually clean the filter.
Check water feed hose (3/4” diameter) against
transverse section narrowing (for instance folds).
Use other water doses with a bigger feed transverse
section or use water barrel with tank.
