MASTER plastering machine

The pump parts are worn.
The stator outlet is
obstructed.
With readjustable pumps: readjust pump pressure
as described before and readjust material
consistency. If an immediate improvement is not
noticed, replace pump parts.
With maintenance free stators: replace both pump
parts. To this aim, the new rotor is introduced
turning it with soap into the new stator, and the set
is assembled with the fastening screws slightly
loosened.
Dismantle and clean the stator outlet.
The material is no
longer sprayed.
Obstruction in the material
hose or spraying gun.
Stop the machine immediately!
To eliminate the obstruction, take as much
precautions as possible. Use protective goggles,
you can get hurt. Find the obstruction by touching
the hose. Reduce pressure on the material hose by
starting shortly the stator rear gear, and check that
there is no pressure on the hose manometer.
Disconnect carefully the material hose from the
stator outlet (look aside) and take the obstruction
out using water and a cleaning hose. Then, clean
thoroughly the material hose and spraying gun.
The water rises on
the mixing chamber
with the machine
stopped.
The electric valve is
broken down.
Unscrew the upper part of the electric valve and
take it away carefully, as it has got springs inside.
Clean the control drill and membrane and
assemble the electric valve again.
It is not possible to
stop the machine
with the pneumatic
control and/or the
compressor does not
stop in work breaks.
The air hose has got a leak.
The compressor is
defective.
The air pressure checker is
not correctly fastened.
Check the hose water tightness and coupling
connections, and replace defective parts.
Check compressor pressure on the water inlet
manometer by coupling it to the compressor. If
there is not a minimum of 3 bars, the compressor
must be repaired on the After Sales Service.
Have the pressure switch checked by the After
Sales Service and eventually, readjust it (start=1’1
bar; stop= 2’5 bar)
