Restraint rear-facing in a vehicle seating
position with a frontal air bag unless it
is turned off. If your vehicle is equipped
with front passenger side air bags, check
your vehicle owner’s manual for Child
Restraint installation instructions.
IMPORTANT:
According to accident
statistics, children are safer when
properly restrained in the rear seating
positions than the front seating
positions. Child Restraint systems
should be secured to the vehicle,
even when not occupied, since in
a crash an unsecured child restraint
system may injure other occupants.
