Water connection
Warning
It is necessary to place a shut-off valve and a mechanical filter should be positioned between the water
mains and the appliance.
The appliance is supplied with 2 meters of pipe and the “T” connector which is used to divide the water
inlet pipe of the oven supplì with the 3/4” connector (in dotazione con i forni BakerTop™) between the
steam systems of the oven and humidification of the prover.

Before to connect the water pipe to the appliance let some water flow to clear the pipe of any obstructions.
The pressure value of the water supply at the inlet should be between 50 and 300 kPa (0,5 and 3 bar);
its temperature must be no higher than 30°C.
