The stove is secured and will not accidentally tilt if downward pressure is applied to the
open oven door.

Identify the control switch for a particular plate by looking at the easy-to-use
indicator on the control panel.

Start by setting the control switch to 6 and reduce the heat when the content boils.
Set the control switch to ± 3.

The following symbols are indicated on the oven, depending on the model.
Oven Light-
stays on when oven is in use. (Optional)
Grill –
Thermostatically controlled grilling.
Preheat –
Reduces oven heat-up time. Remember to select “bake” when the
selected temperature has been reached.
Bake –
Top & bottom bake elements for conventional baking.
Bottom Bake –
only bottom element works for moderate baking,
Thermostat –
All functions of the oven are thermostatically controlled.
Plates –
Temperature is selected by rotating the switch in an anti-clockwise
direction.
Warmer Drawer –
(only for U126 stove)
Timer –
60 min max
(only for U116) Turn clockwise to 60min then turn anti-
clockwise to the required temperature
