5. If necessary, use the field to the right of the
Work Phone Number field for the contact’s
Extension number.
You can also dial to an Address Book entry by
clicking on its number on the Personal Address
Book screen of the UNITe IP Web Portal.
6. Check the radio buttons against the data you
wish to appear in the Address Book. Only one
set of data appears from each data group.
7. Click
Update
.
The contact’s details appear in the Personal
Address Book list, and in the
i
.Picasso’s
Address Book, when you press on the
required contact.
To update information of a contact
1. On the navigation pane, click
Address
Book
. The Address Book page opens, display-
ing all contacts in your address book.
