DESCRIPTION
The Urine Meter is designed for collection and measurement of hourly diuresis in critical patients. The metered
chamber precisely measures the urine output, while the drainage bag collects urine only providing indicative
volume information.
INTENDED USE / INDICATIONS
The Urine Meter is used to accurately measure urine output and is typically used in surgical and critically ill
patients.

There are no known contraindications.

WARNINGS / PRECAUTIONS:
Read all warnings and instructions before use. Improper use can result in serious or
fatal illness or injury.
This device can only be used by trained professionals.
Do not use if the sterile packaging is damaged or unintentionally opened before use or packaging and/or
product are damaged or irregularly shaped.
Do not use after the expiry date.
Single use only. Do not reuse, reprocess or resterilise.
Disposal of product and packaging in accordance with hospital and/or local government policy
Report serious incidents in relation to the device to the manufacturer and the local competent authority.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Remove the protective cap from the connector and connect it to the catheter (1). Make sure the
bottom outlet is folded up (2).
Attach the system to the bed rail using the integrated cords (3) or (if available) a hook. Ensure that the
system is placed below bladder level and the tube is not looped (4).
