Set up and operation for AC PULSE TIG Welding
EXAMPLE OF PULSE AC TIG WELDING - SETUP PARAMETERS:
Material = Aluminium x 3.0mm / Tungsten Electrode = 2.4mm Zirconiated / Gas = Argon
The following steps are a guide as a starting point for you to set the machine up in Pulse mode to give an ex-
ample of welding in Pulse mode function. You can experiment by changing any of the variables to see what
effect it has over the welding and what the end result can be, but it is suggested to change only one variable at
a time and then check the welding to see what the result is, in this way you acquire a better understanding of
how each variable affects the welding current.
