Deactivating the Make Line Busy Function
Press the "Make line busy" function key. The LED goes out. Your telephone can
be reached within the hunt group.
Removing a Phone Number from the Hunt Group
Prerequisite:
The "Stop hunt" function key is configured (
Page 24).
You can remove your telephone from the hunt group. Incoming calls will no long-
er be routed to your telephone via the hunt group.
Activating the Stop Hunt Function
Press the "Stop hunt" function key. The LED lights up. Your telephone cannot be
reached within the hunt group.

Press the "Stop hunt" function key. The LED goes out. Your telephone can be
reached within the hunt group.
Messages Function
Prerequisite:
The "Voice Messages" function key is configured.
Callers who attempt to contact you in your absence can leave messages in your
mailbox.
Retrieving Messages

Lift the handset.
The "Voice Messages" LED lights up: New, unretrieved messages are waiting in
your mailbox.
Press the "Voice Messages" function key: The voice message server answers.
