Do Not Disturb

Do Not Disturb

If you do not want to be disturbed by an incoming call ringing, you can deactivate
the ringer. The following options are available for selection:
• Ringer off, see

• Do not disturb, see

• Phone lock, see

Ringer Off

Prerequisite

: The "Ringer off" function key is configured, see

Activating the Ringer Off Function

Press the "Ringer off" function key. The LED lights up.

Deactivating the Ringer Off Function

Press the "Ringer off" function key. The LED goes out.

Accepting a Call

The LED blinks.

Lift the handset.

Activating Do Not Disturb

Prerequisite

: The "Do not disturb" function key is configured, see

Activating the Do Not Disturb Function

Press the "Do not disturb" function key. The LED lights up.

Deactivating the Do Not Disturb Function

Press the "Do not disturb" function key. The LED goes out.

Ringer off

Incoming calls are signaled by a blinking "Ringer off" LED.

Do not disturb

If there is an incoming call, the caller hears the busy tone.
