If You Are In A Area Where An FSK Signal Is
Not Available:
1. This unit will check your line for a stutter dial tone every
time you hang up or each time a call goes unanswered.
The
MESSAGE
indicator will flash when there is a mes-
sage waiting.
2. You may experience some delay in seeing the MESSAGE
indicator light up even though there are messages in your
mail box. This delay is due to regulatory matters and does
not indicate a problem with the unit.
This unit may not be activated or deactivated under certain
conditions. For example, when you retrieve your message from
an outside phone (not your own telephone number), the
MESSAGE
indicator may not be canceled when you return
home. If you experience this situation, pick up the receiver
and hang up. The
MESSAGE
indicator will cancel.
Receiving Calls
1 When the telephone is not
in use and a new call is re-
ceived, the display will
show the
NEW symbol, the
phone number, the caller’s
name, and time and date of
the call for 20 seconds. The
RPT (Repeat) symbol will
appear if the call has come
in more than once.
2 After 20 seconds with no activity,
the display will default to the Stand-
By screen and remain on until an-
other call is received or a button is
pressed. This will show you the to-
tal number of calls stored and how many new calls that
have not been reviewed.
Reviewing Calls
1. When the NEW symbol is flashing on the Stand-By screen,
you have new incoming calls. Next to the NEW symbol is
the total number of new calls. Press the
REVIEW UP

or
REVIEW DOWN
▼
button to review the incoming
stored calls.
2. The NEW symbol attached to each call will be removed
after you review the call.

2.Il se peut qu’il y ait un délai si v ous vo yez le v oy ant “ MES-
SAGE ” s’allumer , même s’il y a des messa ges dans v otre
boîte vocale. Ce délai est causé par des questions de
réglementation et ne signifie pas qu’il y a un pr oblème
avec cet appar eil.
Cet appareil peut ne pas s’activ er ou se désactiver dans

votr e messag e à par tir d’un téléphone exter ne (et non votr e
propr e numéro de téléphone), le v oy ant “

produit, soulev ez le récepteur et raccroc hez. Le v oy ant “

Recevoir des appels

reçu et que le téléphone

“ NEW ” appar aît et le numéro
de téléphone et le nom de
l’appelant apparaissent à
l’affi ch ag e, ainsi que l’heur e
et la date et ce, pendant 20
secondes. L ’inscription “ RPT ”
(répétition) si l’appel vous par vient
plusieurs f ois.
2.Si aucune action n’est pr ise dans les
20 secondes, l’écr an d’attente ‘Stand-
By” appar aîtra jusqu’à ce qu’un autr e
appel vous par vienne on jusqu’à ce
qu’un autre touc he soit enfoncée.
Vous v err ez inscrit à l’af fic hag e le
nombre total d’appels r eçus qui n’ont pas été visionnés.
Visionner les appels
1.L ’inscription “NEW” c lignote à l’affi ch ag e lorsque celui-ci
est en mode d’attente, pour v ous indiquer qu’un nouvel
appel vous par vient. Vous v err ez le nombre total de
nouveaux appels inscr it à côté du symbol ‘NEW’. A ppuyez
sur la touche “
