Managing the Phonebook
With the
soft key, you can delete phonebook entries, copy entries to
another handset or the base, check how many empty phonebook and speed dial
entries you have available, sort your phonebook by groups, and name phonebook
groups.
Go to the phonebook and select the entry you want to delete. Press the
soft key and select
. Your phone will ask you to confirm and
select
.
To delete all the entries from your phonebook, go to the phonebook and press the
soft key without selecting an entry. Select
. Your phone will
ask you to confirm and select
.
Note: When you copy entries to another handset or base, the unique ring,
group, speed dial, and icon information won't be transferred. Your phone
will cancel the copying process if any one of the following things occurs:
