Your handset display

Always displayed when your handset is
on, shows the battery status.
Battery fully charged.
Half charged.
Empty and you hear a warning tone
(during a call) -batteries are low and
need charging.
Remains steady when the line is in use.
Flashes when receiving a call.
Displayed when you have subscribed to
a message waiting service and you
have a new message waiting.
The call is muted.
Displayed when you are in hands free
mode.
Displayed when the ringer volume is set
to OFF.
Always displayed when your handset is
on, shows the handset is linked to the
base.
Flashes and you hear a warning tone
during a call if the handset moves out of
range, you will need to move closer to
the base for clearer reception.
Indicates the alarm has been set.
Displayed when the keypad has been
locked.
