MAIN COMPONENTS
1. Mast Upright:
The mast upright is the lifting device for the forks.
The lifting is done through hydraulic lift cylinders and chains.
2. Lift Cylinders:
The cylinders are used to lift the forks up and down.
3. Operator Compartment:
This compartment houses the (a) ignition
switch, (b) horn button, (c) lighting and turn signal switch, (d) fuel-
change switch (Dual Fuel forklift), (e) seat belt interlock or shutdown
indicator (red-option), (f) maximum speed change switch (option),
(g) throttle sensitivity adjust switch (option), (h) transmission shift
(SmoothShift) indicator (green-option), (i) meter panel, (j) parking
brake lever, (k) selector lever and (l) cargo-handling lever(s).
4. Backrest:
Portion of the carriage and forks serving to restrain the
load when the load is tilted rearward or upward.
5. Forks:
Their widths can be easily adjusted to fit differing pallets or
loads.
6. Overhead Guard:
Intended to offer protection from falling objects,
but cannot protect against every possible impact.
7. Steering Wheel:
Steer’s the lift truck in the direction of travel.
8. Seat:
Full suspension seat with operator restraint system, weight,
forward/backward, inclination and lumbar adjustments.
9. Top Panel
10. Counterweight:
To balance the lift truck.
11. Rear (Steer) Tire
12. Tilt Cylinder:
Used to vary the degree of the forks and load
backrest.
13. Front (Drive) Tire
