NOTE:
• When the LPG cylinder is replaced, inspect pipe connectors for gas leakage with soapy water.
• UCA recommends a complete tear down, inspection and resealing of the vaporizer before 6,000 hours or 30 months of operation, whichever occurs first. This maintenance
is necessary for all lift trucks even if the recommended HD5 grade is being used. The conditions in your area and the quality of the LPG may dictate a more stringent
maintenance schedule.
