I/O output signal
The sensor error and setpoint signals are output from the I/O connector of this unit
in open collector format.

Sensor error signal
The sensor error signal is a function that outputs as a signal that the filament of
the sensor is disconnected.
If a sensor error occurs, the signal will be a Lo output.
I/O connector: 2pin [sensor error] - 15pin [GND]
If a sensor error occurs, the POWER/ERROR LED will light red and the pressure signal
output will be 9.0V or higher.
Note
Precautions when detecting disconnection
If the main component of the measuring gas is a gas with high
thermal conductivity such as hydrogen (H
2
) or helium (He) gas,
and the measurement is about 10,000 Pa or more, it may be judged
that the filament is disconnected even if the filament is not
disconnected.
Setpoint operation signal
Setpoint is a function to output a signal to the outside or turn on the LED when
the pressure drops below a certain set pressure. The set pressure value is called
"setpoint". If the measured pressure value drops below the setpoint, this signal
will be a Lo output.
For the setting method of the setpoint, refer to Chapter 6 of this manual and
Chapter 11 of this manual.
