Reading measurement values and status

 When 「 E ． EEE ＋ EE 」 is returned, the filament is disconnected,

When 「 F ． FFE ＋ FF 」 is returned, the pressure is above the measurable pressure
range.
 For the status “SH” and “SL”, refer to Section 7.3 of this manual.
Zero point adjustment command
Command : AD0 AD1 ZER CHKH CHKL CR
 Adjustable pressure range is about ± 1Pa.

If the pressure cannot be adjusted, ‘n’ will be returned.
 After adjustment, read the measured value and check it.

CPU processing time is required. Please send the following command after
1.5seconds or more have passed.

 Adjustable pressure range is about 1×10
