POWR: this enables one to change the limit value of the output power.
10-P
: Selectable from 0 to (αx10) kW depending on the number of power supply units
connected. * α:The number of units using the 10kW
5-P:
Selectable from 0 to (βx5) kWA de

connected. * β:The number of units using the 5kW
VOLT: this enables one to change the limit value of the output voltage.
The selectable range is 0 to 800V.
*If the oscillating frequency is 155kHz or more, it is limited to 650V.
When changing the frequency, the value for VOLT LIMIT is changed.
150kHz or less: 800V 155kHz or more: 650V
When using VOLT LIMIT, never forget to execute the re-setting after
changing the frequency.
When you use at frequencies higher than the frequency 155kHz in
light synchronization, the value of VOLT Limit of system 2 or later
Please set below 650V.
In VOLT Limit is still frequency 155kHz or more of 800V
There is a possibility that the power supply when you use may be damaged.
CRNT: this enables one to change the limit value of the output current.

Selectable from 0 to (αx25)

5-P:
Selectable from 0 to (βx12.5)
A depending on the number of power supply units
connected. * β:The number of units using the 5kW
ARC: this enables one to change the process parameters used when an ARC occurs.
* At this level, the currently selected ARC parameter is displayed at the upper right.
PULS: The parameter for ARC processing in CONT mode and 1PLS mode can be changed.
DCMD: The parameter for ARC processing in DCMD can be changed.
LEVL: this enables one to change the voltage/current level to detect an ARC.
MODE: Two types of oscillating frequency, inversion pulse width, and ARC parameters,
prearranged according to the usage, can be switched over.
* Only in the LOCAL, the change can be made from the front panel
In the USER control mode, they can be changed by High/Low of USER IO PORT.
PULS: The parameter for ARC processing in CONT mode and 1PLS mode can be changed.
PARC: The setting of inter-pulse ARC processing can be changed.
HARC: The setting of HARD ARC processing can be changed.
