4-10. Description of HARD ARC function 

A HARD ARC function is equipped that performs a shutdown operation longer than the inter-pulse 
ARC shutdown operation in a case unable to eliminate an ARC even performing an inter-pulse ACR 
processing. 

*In the HARD ARC function, the shutdown time and the condition for shifting into HARD ARC can be changed. 

 

Following shows the shifting condition into HARD ARC. 
Shifting into the HARD ARC if the inter-pulse ARC is occurred for n-times within the specified time 
interval.
