38 • ADVANCED CALLING

1.

Press the dial key (

). You will see TYPE NAME, NUM,

OR CR on the display.

2.

Type an ! (hold down the 

key and press the 

key).

3.

Type the number of the extension to which you are
transferring the call.

4.

Press the 

key.

5.

Press the hangup key (

+

) or turn off your Superprint

4425 to hang up when you see the last number you dialed
appear on the display.

The exact steps you need to follow will depend on your local
telephone system. Transferring a TTY call will require the same
steps as transferring a voice call.
