technical support team. Our contact data (i.e. manufacturer’s contact data) are listed in
of this instruction and service manual. Upon your request by phone, we shall be glad to provide
you with addresses of authorized dealers, notably abroad.
Warning
Any alterations, resets and repairs of the chair may be carried out only directly by the manufacturer or by a
work shop authorized by the manufacturer.
Important Information
When contacting our customer service department, please be sure to state the equipment’s name, type and
year of construction. This information can be found on the equipment’s nameplate.
The meanings of the label elements are explained in Section „2.5. Equipment Labeling and Nameplate“
