manual for cleaning.

Prior to plugging in the product, check that your mains voltage is the same as the one indicated on the
product label.
The mains connection cable must not be tangled or wrapped around the product during use.
Do not use the device, or connect and disconnect to the supply mains with the hands and / or feet wet. Do
not pull on the connection cord in order to unplug it or use it as a handle

official technical support service. In order to prevent any risk of danger, do not open the device. Only
qualified technical personnel from the brand´s Official technical support service may carry out repairs or

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
BEFORE USE
Unpack the appliance.
Check that the power supply parameters of the appliance correspond to the parameters of the local
mains.
Before operating the appliance for the first time, clean it and its accessories as described in section
Main-tenance and Cleaning of this instruction manual.
Before assembling the appliance, make sure that the mixer is disconnected from the mains, and the
speed controller is set to “0”.
Attention!
During the initial period of use the mixer may give off an unpleasant odour. This smell will fade after a
fairly long period of use.
OPERATION
Make sure that the appliance is disconnected from the power source.
Put ingredients into a bowl (included depending on the model).
Select the desired attachments and insert them into the mixer sockets.
Attention!
Insert suitable attachments into the mixer’s sockets. One set of attachments is suitable for kneading
dough and the other is used for beating eggs or similar products.
Attention! Do not put any forks, knives or spoons into the bowl during mixer operation.
The maximum continuous operation time must not exceed 5 minutes. If you need to use the mixer for a
longer time, wait until the appliance cools down to room temperature (which takes about 30 minutes)
after every 5 minutes of continuous use. For best results when mixing batter for yeast-raised cakes, we
recommend that you start mixing at a low speed, then increase it to the maximum speed at the end of
the process.
After you have finished using the appliance, set the speed controller to ”0” and disconnect the appliance
from the mains.
If residue from mixed products needs to be scraped off a beater or an agitator, use a wooden spatula.
While holding the attachment with one hand, press the “EJECT” button with the other hand.
Remove the attachments from the sockets.
Do not operate the appliance with more than 810g flour.
USING THE BASE AND AUTO ROTATING BOWL (ACCESSORIES INCLUDED DEPENDING ON
MODEL)
Press the unlock appliance arm button to lift base arm.
Hold the appliance by hand while pressing the main unit anchoring button to remove it.
Fix the accessory as desired on the anchor by matching the hole and ensuring it is properly engaged.
Place the main unit body in the bowl stand and press down until the button returned to is original
position. Press the unlock appliance arm button to return to initial position.
Connect the appliance to the mains and turn it on by using the speed controller.
It is recommended to start with a low speed and increase speed slowly, to avoid fierce start.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Please use dry dishcloth to wipe the product body. And it is strictly prohibited to let the main unit rinse
with water or immerse to the water.
Please do not use metal brush, nylon brush, household cleanser, diluent and other similar cleaning
sup-plies to clean this product, as they may damage the product surface structure.
Please use soft dry cloth to wipe the dirt on the power cord.
Wash attachments with warm water and some dishwashing liquid, rinse them and wipe dry. The bowl
can be washed in a dishwasher.
If any residues cannot be removed easily, use a wooden or plastic spatula.

ISTRUZIONI PER L’UTILIZZO
PRIMA DELL’UTILIZZO
Disimballare l’apparecchio.
Controllare che i parametri di alimentazione dell’apparecchio corrispondano ai parametri della rete
locale.
Prima di mettere in funzione l’apparecchio per la prima volta, pulirlo e pulirne gli accessori come
descritto nella sezione Manutenzione e pulizia del presente manuale di istruzioni.
Prima di assemblare l’apparecchio, verificare che il mixer sia scollegato dalla rete e che il controllo
velocità sia impostato su “0”.
Attenzione! Durante il periodo iniziale di utilizzo del mixer, questo potrebbe emettere un odore
sgradevole. Questo odore si attenuerà dopo un periodo di utilizzo piuttosto lungo.
FUNZIONAMENTO
Verificare che l’apparecchio sia scollegato dalla fonte di alimentazione.
Inserire gli ingredienti in una ciotola (inclusa in base al modello).
Selezionare gli accessori desiderati e inserirli negli alloggiamenti del mixer.
Attenzione!
Inserire gli accessori adatti negli alloggiamenti del mixer. Un set di accessori è adatto per il gancio per
impasto e l’altro è usato per sbattere uova e prodotti simili.
Attenzione! Non inserire forchette, coltelli o cucchiai nella ciotola durante il funzionamento del mixer.
Il tempo di funzionamento ininterrotto massimo non deve superare i 5 minuti. Se è necessario utilizzare
il mixer per un periodo più lungo, attendere fino a quando l’apparecchio si sia raffreddato, tornando a
temperatura ambiente (operazione che richiede circa 30 minuti) dopo ogni 5 minuti di utilizzo
ininterrotto. Per i risultati migliori quando si mescola la pastella per le torte con lievito, raccomandiamo
di iniziare a mescolare a bassa velocità e di passare alla velocità massima alla fine del processo.
Una volta finito di usare l’apparecchio, impostare il controllo velocità su “0” e scollegare l’apparecchio
dalla rete.
Se è necessario rimuovere residui di prodotti mescolati da una frusta o un agitatore, usare una spatola di
legno.
Tenendo l’accessorio con una mano, premere il pulsante “EJECT” con l’altra mano.
Rimuovere gli accessori dagli alloggiamenti.
Non mettere in funzione l’apparecchio con più di 810 g di farina.
UTILIZZARE LA BASE E LA CIOTOLA AUTOROTANTE (ACCESSORI INCLUSI IN BASE AL
MODELLO)
Premere il braccio di sbocco dell’apparecchio per sollevare il braccio di sollevamento base.
Tenere l’apparecchio con una mano mentre si preme il pulsante di ancoraggio unità principale per
rimuoverlo.
Fissare l’accessorio come desiderato sull’ancoraggio facendo corrispondere il foro e verificando che sia
incastrato correttamente.
Posizionare il corpo unità principale nel supporto ciotola e premere verso il basso fino a quando il
pulsante ritorna alla posizione originale.
Premere il braccio di sbocco dell’apparecchio per tornare alla posizione iniziale.
Collegare l’apparecchio alla rete e accenderlo usando il controllo velocità.
Si raccomanda di iniziare a bassa temperatura e di aumentare lentamente la velocità, per evitare un
avvio troppo vigoroso.
MANUTENZIONE E PULIZIA
Si prega di utilizzare un panno asciutto per pulire il corpo del prodotto. È severamente vietato sciacquare
l’unità principale con acqua o immergerla nell’acqua.
Si prega di non utilizzare spazzole metalliche, spazzole di nylon, detergenti domestici, diluenti o altri
prodotti simili per la pulizia per pulire questo prodotto, poiché possono danneggiare la struttura
superficiale del prodotto.
Utilizzare un panno morbido e asciutto per pulire la sporcizia sul cavo di alimentazione.
Lavare gli accessori con acqua calda e un po’ di detergente per piatti, sciacquare e asciugare con un
panno. La ciotola può essere lavata in lavastoviglie.
Nel caso in cui vi siano residui difficili da rimuovere, usare una spatola in legno o plastica.
